5.3 Refunds

Monthly Subscriptions:
Cancellation: You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time through your MoolaX account settings.
Refunds: If you cancel within 30 days of the subscription start date, you are eligible for a full refund. After 30 days, your access to MoolaX will continue until the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for the remaining period of the month.

Yearly Subscriptions:
Cancellation: You may cancel your yearly subscription at any time through your MoolaX account settings.
Refunds: If you cancel within 30 days of the subscription start date, you are eligible for a full refund. After 30 days, refunds will be prorated based on the remaining months of the subscription term. For example, if you cancel after 5 months, you will be refunded for the remaining 7 months. No refunds will be issued for cancellations occurring after the 10th month of the subscription term.

This policy is binding and applies to all users who have agreed to the terms and conditions at the time of subscription.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all intellectual property rights, are and will remain the exclusive property of MoolaX and its licensors.

6.2 User Content

By submitting User Content, you grant MoolaX a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display such Content in connection with the Service.

7. Confidentiality

7.1 Definition

"Confidential Information" means any non-public information disclosed by one party to the other that is designated as confidential or that reasonably should be understood to be confidential.

These Terms commence on the date you first use the Service and continue until terminated.

14. Dispute Resolution

If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, it shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Miami, FL.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and MoolaX regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.
